The packaging was good like some took out the new screen and relaced it with a used one. The description mentioned nothing about half refunds for damages. It is not worth the value. Shipping took long but it was not bad. The seller does not reply to messages. I don't have a way to test cell phone components. That said, I offered you a refund minus shipping, with you getting to keep the item, and you declined it. You opened a return but never shipped the item back to me. The return was then closed by you.
