Product Information
The Manfrotto 535 is a light, durable, portable three-section tripod made from carbon fiber tubes and magnesium die-castings. It consists of a professional 504HD MPRO system, so it is great for camcorders. But there is no reason why it couldn’t actually also be used with a DSLR to take still photos, providing it fits with the head attachment fitting of 75mm and bowl. The carbon fiber single tube and magnesium die castings give this piece of equipment great stability and make it load together in a lightweight and ergonomic way. This Manfrotto tripod is easy to use, and compact. It is designed to be set up, have your video device mounted firmly on the head, and start capturing video in just a few minutes. The tripod has a torsion rigidity superior to that of an equivalent aluminum twin-strut tripod, so the MPRO system also gives better protection against bumps and shakes during pan movements as you rotate your device in the head. You can make it stand as short as 15.7 inches or as tall as 72 inches, and perfectly level, all thanks to this single system. The carbon fiber legs of the tripod use a lock-twist mechanism to hold and adjust. Each leg works independently (so if you did need to make one shorter to manage an uneven floor, that’s sorted out easily). Each leg also has spiked retractable rubber feet that grip and hold well on most surfaces. There is also a center brace column to help you find a horizontal position when working on slopes. This Manfrotto 535 tripod features an impressive design that pairs well with most photographic equipment. The carbon fiber frame will take a camera of up to 44 lbs. with a standard head attachment fitting 75mm and bowl maximum height of 67 inches. Other specifications of this piece of equipment include a light weight of 5.1 lbs. It measures 67.32 inches when packed up. Its minimum height is 10.6 inches when shooting video or photos, which is a good height for shooting videos of toddlers and animals.
