Seller used multiple brand new envelops that I had to drive to my local USPS to return . Recycled packaging is not brand new. I just wanted to clarify that the USPS padded envelope you saw was only reused as internal cushioning inside the box since I was out of bubble wrap — the item was shipped properly with USPS Ground and full postage.also there isn’t any eBay policy against reusing USPS packaging as internal cushioning. If you’d consider revising the feedback, I’d greatly appreciate it, as it really impacts my seller account. Thank you for your understanding
