Then 2 days later I received a link to the tracking, now the phone was in Hong Kong not Australia as advertised. In all I received the phone after 14 days after ordering instead of 3-5.

It was not a supply issue as he had other similar headsets on sale as well. I suspect he had miscalculated the cost of freight. Rather than cancel the order, if he had said that he messed up and he would have to charge me a little more to dispatch it I would have paid the difference. Instead, he's made me an unhappy customer. Be careful when buying!
