On top of that he only offered a partial refund (30 dollars) and the price that I paid was 139 dollars. After offering this partial refund I tried one more time based on instructions that he provided, but it still could not work. I have sent him a private massage after that, but he has not answered to it. Port replacement job is sub par. Also, WWAN M.2 slot connector is damaged. The CPU die has a few miniscule scratches. The motherboard fully works but whoever refurbished it did a clumsy job.
