I received a product that was already unboxed and booted. There was a small nick on the phone near the power button. Also all the paperwork inside the box was missing However the Value of the phone is good and appearance is subjective but I love it. But if you are looking for this as a pristine collectable then there are missing things in the box and already opened.

I'm not 100% convinced it's brand new in its original box though. The screens have no protective film, there's a bit of dust near the battery, and heat discoloration near SIM & mSD slots. The box has an "official" sticker that makes no sense, has Arabic, Farsi, and Urdu text but the phone is the US version, and no IMEI info on the box, contrary to EU/FCC regulations.

Seller did however respond fast and refund the payment with no issues. That what really matters. Sometimes things don't work, it how the seller handles it that matters
