Because of that experience, I was advised to return both items together. The second speaker was never opened or tested and was shipped back exactly as received. I cannot review its performance since it remained sealed, but my decision to return was based on the first unit’s problems and not on any defect with this unopened one.

The entire experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and a complete waste of money. I strongly advise avoiding this seller altogether
