Not include any bolts and hardward as all our photos show. The buyer request us to provide bolts and hardware which we don't sell. The buyer using the reason "missing parts" to threathen us to refund him $23. To avoid the hassal of the return, we choose to refund $23 to the buyer as he request. This order cost $43 only. A demanded buyer.
