The seller took extreme care and attention to the design of the card and the personal message. I emailed sellers and they showed zero concern, nor apologised. Item dispatched 5 days after the date they stated they had sent it. They refused to refund and have zero customer service skills. Avoid seller, as I had to purchase an alternate card for our anniversary. This order was done in 3 days. ebay has verified us making and dispatching the item in time. Royal Mail delayed the delivery which has nothing to do with us. Client was rude and obnoxious, but ebay has provided a refund. Avoid this client.
