I had to correct it myself by ordering another cable with 20 more feet than I actually needed. The specific cable I’m ordering is difficult to find, and why I reordered. The seller is rude and condescending and will not believe you when you tell them the product is short. Per the seller, “It is factory tested”. I guess that means everything is perfect. I attest, it is not.
