Contacted the seller and requested return because the item didn't match the photo. Included a detailed explanation and five photos to document the discrepancy. Seller's response four days later was...silence. Maybe it was an honest mistake at first. But ignoring a buyer afterwards isn't. Why not step up and own your mistake? Instead I own it, for now anyway.
