Well packaged and admittedly haven't done a full inventory but everything seems to be there. No instructions are included but there is a link to a well detailed set of instructions/PDF that you can print or save to a tablet for reference. Only took about 2 weeks to get to me, so that was great! These guys also have a FB page so plenty of ways to get a hold of them if you have any issues...
