Malgré tout je remercie le service client qui c est montré très aimable et réactif face à ce problème et à finalement procéder au remboursement du téléphone défectueux. Seller was generous enough to add an additional SD memory card for compensation of not having the color of phone I originally purchased. Seller also had excellent communication answering any questions I had regarding the phone. Overall this was a very positive experience buying from this seller and would definitely buy from them again.

The item is functional, however I would not call it "approaching a brand new appearance with almost no scratches" as the keypad is quite scuffed - still functional and not a dealbreaker, but I was expecting something that appears almost new.
