So my question is: what exactly is this device’s function? It doesn’t function as an actual time piece. It cannot be set to remain accurate to a the globe revolving around the sun. It is a total joke. Please offer a full refund and sincere apology

Due to the problem with Paupal, Ebay info was wrong as well, the item was on "delivered" from Australia to Cambodia in 2 days. Not possible. So the seller checked and informed me about the status continuously. 5 star service, highly recommended.
