After some trial with a different hdmi to the one supplied and using my own european to uk plug adaptor. The device has worked well since. It was disappointing that it was not supplied with a uk plug adaptor, this is a fault of the manufacturer's but the seller could have provided one. I had rectify the issues,before the seller replied, a quicker response would be appreciated.
