She started wearing them August 4th and within a week the soles of the shoe started coming off, see photos. I contacted the seller about a refund and was told they wouldn’t not give me one. See screen shot of the conversation below. My daughter is 10 and very active and I’ve never had a pair of “new” shoes for her fall apart like these have within 2 weeks of wearing them. I won’t buy from them.
