When I received the item it was not in any kind of case, let alone, the original packaging, which is what you would expect from a new item. I have bought many instruments in my life and have never gotten an instrument without a case. It could be clearly seen that the headjoint is new based on the tenon condition. When the buyer complained for the item that he got as described, we offered, as a courtesy, to send him a headjoint case or to issue a refund.
