The seller did refund me my money, but stopped communicating. The item was relisted and 5 days later the seller cancelled the sale. I do not think the seller should be listing items for sale she does not have in possession to sell. Very disappointing and strange behavior for ebay. I tried to appease the buyer, by offering a cancellation/refund, to avoid them waiting. Buyer agreed to wait and refused to cancel the order. The buyer sent a message on a Tuesday evening, I responded the next morning, and two minutes later they opened a case stating that they did not receive the item or any correspondence from me, after communicating with me for days. I do not think a seller should list an item for sale if they do not have it in possession and are unable to sell it. I am not a fan of sharing negative feedback, but this is very strange behavior and I would not want others to put out large sums of money and have this happen to. I instantly cancelled the second transaction to avoid selling to this buyer. I believe eBay should take proper action to protect sellers from buyers who lie to open cases, harass sellers, and leave dishonest negative feedback while still expecting the seller to sell to them, that is very strange behavior.Energy Muse Sacred Stone Necklace With Bronze Cross and Bracelet Set（#177040660808）
