It wasn't taped and someone took it out of the packaging. She refunded $14.99 however that wasn't my entire amount. The shipping and taxes weren't refunded. My daughter used her bday gift card and now she is shorted. The seller was going to contact ebay to find out why she could refund the full amount. Still waiting for the seller to reply to my email.
