No receipt of item until 24 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. Missed birthday it was for. Seller offered return if I paid the return shipping, but I couldn't open packages. I declined. Buyer did not request to cancel so I shipped the product by the expected Ebay date. The product was clearly listed with No Returns and No refunds. The shipping costs were a third of the product price which caused me to suffer a loss by delivering it. Buyer demanded a better offer or threatened a negative review.
