I contacted the seller and they had me initiate a return. As soon as the item was scanned at USPS a full refund was made. I would recommend this seller and would purchase from them again.

Shipping was prompt but had some delays on the mail-carrier side. Seller communicated during shipping delays, though, and worked to get shipment moving.
