Seller was outstanding when a shipping error due to USPS happened, seller fixed it quickly and kept me in the loop.     Seller was very responsive and I should have reached out prior to responding but did so out of frustration as I had been waiting over a week for the equipment and because of how it was packaged I didn’t want to risk using it. Seller did offer to let me keep device and refund me but I returned device to seller with full refund.
