I sent 2 emails asking about the status, both were responded to but I did not get a feeling that the seller cared that the item wasnt with the shipper, I got the feeling that the only reason for the response was to tell me it wasnt their fault. The item was packed with puppy pee pads which provided little protection. Item has 2-3 day processing time and then was dropped off at the shipping center. I updated buyer every step of the way after I called them. Item arrived earlier than fedexs estimate.
