ONE NOTE: I had to pay the import tax 5 € at the post office plus administration fee 3 € (TOTAL 8 €), which I do not understand. I just checked this question. We found that we did not fill in the tax number of the IOSS that you have already paid for when we shipped the goods. So it means you need to pay additional tariffs. We have decided to refund the additional costs you paid.
