I wouldn’t trust to buy from this seller again because I can’t believe they didn’t know. Item says non retractable. Immediately after buyer received item, she left me horribly negative feedback ruining my 23+ year excellent reputation on eBay. Buyer did not see any cracks or chips, said it was sanded on bottom, which made no sense. Still, although there was no damage I offered full refund if she returned the $21 bowl, but never received a response. So Sad!
