The seller was easy to communicate with through text and helped confirm that I was ordering the correct screen for my laptop, which gave me peace of mind. The screen arrived within a week and was in excellent condition well packaged and exactly as described. Installation went smoothly, and everything is working perfectly. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a reliable replacement screen!

Unfortunately the first fan I got was wobbling and making noise. I reached out to the seller and they sent me a replacement in a box to ensure it didn't get damaged. After putting the new one in, it is completely silent. I am very happy with my experience and would recommend them to everyone.
