When powered on, the monitor emits an unusual and strong smell, suggesting possible overheating or internal electrical damage. The screen flickers intermittently, indicating a serious functional defect. The product does not confer what was announced. I'd like a new one, or the value in return

Came un un-original packing, but well packed. Great value overall and communication. A great seller - would definitely recommend. Thanks A+++++++
