You weren’t even careful and blatantly told me you altered with the box just by how it was wrapped. When your best card is a heatran reverse holo it just reassures me that the packs were weighed and the heavy pack or packs were removed and replaced with ones that had heatran reverse holo. This is disgraceful and eBay needs to do a better job at policing their sellers. This was blatant
