I think you sold me used balloons, from 10pcs, 9 have been overstretched or something, only one have elasticity,and rest are much bigger, with wery low elasticity. So I'm confused, because a have problems with other your package too. It's qualtex24" ,and half of them detoriate because time,thus unusable. I realize that you cannot see this before you inflate a bit,but for those indian,its obvious.
