Even after I questioned why the shipping was almost $7 dollars for a card that was sent on an ebay standard envelope. (Seller instantly got back to me and broke down the charge of shipping and handling. Which, I was very thankful for.) When the card finally arrived and I took a look at it, I was instantly disappointed. Waiting to get this card back to take legal action, not for the small value of the card, but to protect Ebay sellers against fraudsters like this.
