While the "scratch" marks are there, the record played flawlessly. I received the return, and played it through those marks on 2 different turntables, tracking at 1.25 and 1.5 grams. The record still plays flawlessly!!! The marks might not be pretty, but to the touch, there is no scratch. The audio is perfect. I take PRIDE in what I sell, and grade for audio pleasure. Your settings or stylus need an upgrade!
