The seller was hard to explain my situation to due to the language barrier. He hasn't agreed to refund me what I payed and the cost of shipping. He said I need a PayPal to get a refund for only the bottles. He offered me $3.00. Seriously

I will admit that they said I could send them back for a refund, which I will likely do because this was premeditated fraud from a chinese vendor. My personal opinion is that this was intentional total misrepresentation.
