Ebay won't give me a refund based on PZC although this is the ultimate proof of settling customs and taxes in Poland. They keep telling me I'm a valuable customer but pretend to be experts on the EU law and keep asking for more and more documents while PZC (Poświadczone Zgłoszenie Celne) should suffice.

Most likely a discounted shipping program for large sellers. Ended up buying another one before this one came because with no tracking I didn't know when it would come. Normal stores want the money and just go on and ship the item and send me a message letting me know something. They said not a word and just approved the refund.
