The Order Number was 22-13492-04770; the Item Number on the page was Item 185327419302. The item was advertised as Brand New and clearly did not meet eBay's standards for an item advertised in that manner. Instead, I received a previously opened, older substitute version of the software designed for 1990s MS-DOS and not Windows. Reported to seller & eBay for action.
