I assumed I wouldn't have any issues as I've changed my battery multiple times so wasn't mindful of the return window. The "new" battery received cannot charge. My computer turned on after installed however the battery will not charge so ultimately the computer shut down. We have tested the battery before sending it to you.Could you please check whether the battery has been installed to the laptop properly? Improper installation makes it impossible to charge the battery even if the communication data of the battery is readable. Please try to update BIOS version or change the power options.You can also disconnect the AC adapter and use your laptop until it itself is about 3%, then use your original adapter to charge the new battery.
