Was clean and unmarked, checked the battery (powercfg /batteryreport) and it reported 46,980 mWh capacity vs design 50,510 mWh and a total cycle count of just 15. The SSD had been replaced with a SKHynix HFS256GD9TNI-L2B0B which is not fast but ok - the original drive was probably on the way out by now, and in any case I may end up replacing it in the future. Had Windows 11 Pro installed and activated, just needed some updates.

Item was packed and delivered in a very timely manner. Received without any issues. The only issue was a faulty charger which they sent a new replacement the same day I notified them. Great experience all round and very happy with the quality and condition of the item. Amazing for the price! Will definitely buy from again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
