So the seller basically either lied about shipping, or lied about it being out of stock. Either way, seller is not honest. I buy items from Japan all the time, and this is the first issue I've ever had. There are lots of reputable, honest, and fair Japanese Ebay stores to buy from. I would recommend them instead.
