- *****- 買家留下的信用評價。過去 1 年購買已獲認證Quality (size and finish) of each bur is VERY different in each pack of 50 and quite disappointing. Brandes ones have better finishing and quality check. I ordered these for glass engraving (BR-49). Pretty quick shipping though, despite holiday season. Update: Got in touch with the seller about the products and he was so kind to give a refund. Many thanks.

- *****- 買家留下的信用評價。過去 6 個月購買已獲認證I’ve been purchasing from this vendor since 2021/2022 and I’m always pleased with my item. The vendor packaged the item well and they came on time. The seller is very communicative so you won’t regret shopping here, they’re reliability is top tier

Unfortunately, the items were delivered to the incorrect address and the delivery service left them out in front of a commercial building on a Saturday. The next two days we had a Nor'ester with heavy rains and winds up to 60mph. Once the package was located, it was under 6" of water in a puddle. Please find some way to use a reliable delivery service so others do not have this experience.

I did contact the seller asking about the other nine units and it took a couple messages to get a response but was told that the items were in transit. I don't think the seller was trying to scam me as the arrival of the other nine was too soon after I initially contacted the seller regarding the fact that only one unit arrived.
