Communication was great with the friendly seller letting me know when the item was about to ship. The communications headsets were listed as used, but appear to be in perfectly new condition. I briefly tested a couple of units after charging the five batteries with the 3 included chargers and they work great. This seller had the best deal I could find on the internet. THANKS AGAIN!!! AAA+++
