I ordered this item on Feb 3 and it stayed in Shipment Pending status for over a week. Tired of waiting, on Feb 12 I tried to cancel the order, but this was denied by the seller without any explanation. On Feb 18 I requested a refund, stating that I had not received the order (it was still in Shipment Pending status). On Feb 22 the refund was granted. All this time I did not receive any feedback from the seller on why the item was not sent.
