No one is going to spend an hour of their time plus mailing fee to send a $4 item back that should have been the correct one in the first place. Seller should have eaten the $4 mistake, send the correct one, and give a lesson to order fulfillment later. As a business owner this request is not what a company does unless it's worth a customers time and money.
