I've messaged, they did offer a $10 refund but it was a false advertisement on their end. I told them I have a small business and I am already behind on work. The last I heard they were contacting manufacturer . The appearance looks really used. I thought i was purchasing a brand new dyhydrator as per their description. Can you help me with this situation?
