I spent way over suggested retail & more than the other options available to purchase hers. The neck is definitely crooked. I specifically asked & used the word “crooked” & she had her chance to be honest & wasn’t. The item was $190. I purchased on Friday 8/9 & she didn’t ship until 8/11 which was a Monday. Just so bummed about this experience when I tried to be diligent.
