What I received had cracked air vents and visible damage — clearly not as described. After contacting the seller, they offered a replacement and asked me to return the item, which required a 10+ km trip to post it. Once they received it, they claimed no better replacement was available and just refunded me. Feels like a tactic: send out subpar items, and refund only if buyers complain. When your return was received, we checked our stock and unfortunately did not have another unit available in a condition better than the one you returned. Rather than delay the process further, we issued a full refund to make sure you were not left waiting without resolution. Please note that while other units of the same model are listed, cosmetic grading can vary, and not every item is suitable as a replacement.
