What I received had cracked air vents and visible damage — clearly not as described. After contacting the seller, they offered a replacement and asked me to return the item, which required a 10+ km trip to post it. Once they received it, they claimed no better replacement was available and just refunded me. Feels like a tactic: send out subpar items, and refund only if buyers complain.
