      Being an eBay customer for over 19 years and buying hundreds of items from eBay and having a 100% positive rating, I have never had such a poor buying experience. You incorrectly listed the item as new, then tried to sell me sound bar along with a wireless subwoofer. I didn't want both paid the buy now price as listed. You delayed shipping then say the remote is missing and want to cancel. I asked why it was missing if new and unopened. You said it was missing and relisted it as new. Shady & sad

      DONT BUY!!! I told the seller that there’s an issue with the battery and that there are pink burn marks all around the screen. The seller would not respond. I repeatedly asked them if they knew about the issue beforehand never responded. All I asked for was partial refund for lying about the condition. Seller does not want to acknowledge or fix their mistake. I told him repeatedly I purchased for my sister for school. She literally cannot use it. It dies within an hour. Look at the screenshots
