Know it's "refurbished" but was loaded with chips and scratches besides the tail light being cracked and fender bent. Seller sent a new tail light but had to disassemble a lot of the scooter myself to fix it. Don't feel the value was worth the cost as it was a gift, was only given a few bucks back.
