Items that were part of listing were not included (No Windows (98SE restore CD.) Upon contacting seller to inform them of the damage and to request refund, I now have to BUY A 2ND TOWER, the seller is refusing to handle it and forcing me to wait until eBay steps in next week Seller was rude, inconsiderate, and lazy.
