Seller went out of her way to check with the local post office to see what had happened. Tracking issue was resolved, and the pruner was received in great condition. I would highly recommend this seller!

So yes, the box was opened, and yes, the box was taped back shut. I also unfortunately can't control if the box is banged up during shipping. I hope you (and your pet) enjoy the fountain- again, it is brand new, but we take photos/videos to show the actual product in working order.
