This caused the blu tooth and sound to not function along with 4 other unknown devices in device manager. When I told seller they said it was windows fault. The drivers were never on the computer. I looked at the history. It took me 4 hours to find them. When I asked seller for drivers he ghosted me. Go figure. Came with them installed but, seller could not provide the drivers they installed. Seller is bad.
